Rewa Rewa School is a place of learning for Years 1-8 students.  The Primary School years play a pivotal role in the development of the child academically, emotionally and socially.  The Primary School is also a hub for families, and many life-long family relationships are made through connections with the school community. At Rewa Rewa we aim to nurture the growth and learning of our children and their families.  Our goals on the front page of this website are the goals from our Charter and they guide the programmes and practices in the school. 

This is my second year at Rewa Rewa School as Principal and I feel privileged to be leading this school community.  I enjoy the richness brought by the many different cultures of our community.  As a small school I value the chance to know each child and family individually.  Our focus is first and foremost the learning of our students and I take a personal interest in the progress of each student.

While our core business is Literacy and Numeracy, we offer a varied programme that includes all curriculum areas.  We offer support for students who need it and extension for students who excel.  We have a kapahaka group, a choir and several very musically talented teachers.  We participate very enthusiastically (and quite often very successfully) in all the local zone sports competitions.
